Local-First Commitment: The App operates entirely offline and locally. We do not require any signup, email registrations, or profile setups to enjoy the educational curriculum. Your child's learning progress is stored securely on your device and never uploaded to any remote server database.
2. Kids Privacy & COPPA Compliance
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) safeguards the privacy of children under the age of 13. Similarly, the General Data Protection Regulation for Children (GDPR-K) regulates this protection in the European Union.
We are strictly committed to these rules:
- ✔ No Personal Info: We do not collect, request, or harvest any personal identifiers from children (such as name, phone number, address, or email).
- ✔ No Chat or Social Features: There are no communication systems, message boards, or screen-sharing capabilities where kids could accidentally expose personal details.
- ✔ Zero Tracking of Children: We do not track kids across other apps or build behavioral profiles for advertisements.
3. Adult Lock / "Parent Gate" System
To protect your household finances and prevent accidental premium content activation by kids, we have implemented a robust Adult Gate / Parents Lock.
Whenever a premium package screen or in-app payment action is initiated, the App halts and presents a dynamic math verification challenge.
Children cannot bypass this without solving the math expression, ensuring that any financial action is verified as being triggered by an adult.

5. In-App Purchases & Financial Safety

No Credit Card Data
We never collect, store, or see your credit card or billing credentials. The store handles the entire transaction in a secure playground.
Family Sharing
Premium purchases are eligible for standard family sharing systems, in accordance with Google Play and Apple Family Group regulations.
6. Anonymous Diagnostics & SDKs
To maintain app stability across thousands of mobile device models, we collect anonymous usage diagnostics and system error parameters (e.g., if a level fails to load).
This is done using standard diagnostic software like Google Firebase Analytics or Sentry.
Strict Technical Limitations in Place:
- ✦ Anonymized IP: All IP addresses are masked.
- ✦ No Ad IDs: IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) is turned off. We do not transmit tracking identifiers for target marketing.
